IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services and Products from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the 'Last updated' date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment: Stripe, credit card and Paypal..
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services or Products. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Pounds Sterling or exchanged from your local currency into Pounds Sterling.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
6. REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final, and no refund will be issued unless required by applicable law. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a refund is warranted, we will process it using the original payment method.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE
By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services or Products, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and licence to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, publish, broadcast, retitle, archive, store, cache, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such Contributions (including, without limitation, your image and voice) for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Contributions.
We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Services and Products, and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.
10. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
We may provide areas on the Services and Products for you to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria:
You should have firsthand experience with the person/entity being reviewed.
Your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, or hateful language.
Your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity.
You should not be affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews.
You should not make any conclusions as to the legality of conduct.
You may not post any false or misleading statements.
You may not organize a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.
We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Virtus Media Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes"), you and we agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other party.
If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and no party shall have rights of appeal. Arbitration proceedings shall take place in the United Kingdom.

There may be information on the Services and Products that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Services and Products, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services and Products at any time, without prior notice.

The martial arts techniques demonstrated or described in the Services and Products are intended for informational and educational purposes only. Users are strongly advised to seek proper instruction and training from certified professionals before attempting any martial arts techniques.
The Services and Products are not provided as a replacement for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and are not expressly designed to address any ailments and/or injuries.
You agree to obtain consent to perform any suggested work-out movements from a medically trained professional, such as General Practitioner, or any other health expert if you suffer from any ailments and/or injuries prior to undertaking any work-out movement provided in the Services and Products.
27. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Services and Products, including but not limited to physical harm or injuries caused by engaging in martial arts techniques.
You expressly agree to wave, discharge and release Virtus Media Limited from any and all responsibility and/or liability for injuries, death, damage, or loss of any kind resulting from any and/or all participation in whole or in part in connection with any activities in whole or in part provided in the Product.
You agree that any participation in whole or in part in connection with any activity in whole in or part shall be at your own risk.
You agree to wave, discharge and release Virtus Media Limited from any liability resulting from any interpretation or use of the information provided in the Services and Products.
